Fees follow the NSW Society of Notaries guide under the Public Notaries Act 1997. Disbursements (ASIC searches, postage, courier, official DFAT fees) are extra. Complex or multi-document matters may be charged hourly. Submit your request online to receive 15% off the guide notarial rates below.
