Apostille pathway
An apostille is an official certificate from DFAT confirming your notarised document for use in Hague Convention countries. Australia is a member of the Hague Apostille Convention, so many overseas authorities accept an apostille instead of full embassy legalisation.
We prepare the notarial certificate and arrange the apostille. For non-Hague destinations (including some uses in China), embassy or consular legalisation may still be required.
We do not have an office on the Gold Coast or elsewhere in Queensland, but we can assist clients in those areas through video consultation and mail-in arrangements where appropriate.
